Countries that allow entry to Syrians without a visa
This below is a more informative list of the countries that allow entry to Syrians without a visa. When you travel to this country with a Syrian passport you don’t need a visa or you can just get a visa on arrival.
Andorra
Anyone with any passport can enter Andorra and can stay for 90 days. But Andorra has no airports, therefore you will have to get a visa for France or Spain, a Schengen visa, to go to Andorra. You can read more on the Foreign Affairs website of the Government of Andorra. It’s in Catalan, Spanish, French, and English, use Google Translate if you need it.
Bermuda
Anyone with any passport can enter Bermuda, for at least 21 days. You can also ask for a further extension of three months, which is normally easy to get. Your passport must also be valid for 45 days after the day you plan to leave Bermuda.

Cape Verde
Syrian nationals can get a visa on arrival for 90 days when traveling to Cape Verde. You need to get a pre-registration (EASE), preferably five days before departure. you can do it at the EASE website and you will get an application number. Without a pre-registration (EASE) you will need to pay an additional fee on arrival.
