The Klinikum Klagenfurt am Wörthersee is accredited in various departments. And serves as a teaching hospital for the medical schools of Graz, Vienna, and Innsbruck (e.g. ISO 9001, EMAS, etc.). Except for transplant surgery, it provides all services that a university clinic would. It contains five institutes, six clinical services, and 25 clinical departments.

5. Linz Kepler Universitätsklinikum

In Austria’s third-largest city, there is a university hospital called Kepler Universitätsklinikum. The General Hospital of the City of Linz (AKh), now known as Med Campus III. Health insurance in Austria

Although statutory health insurance is gainful a activity. It is the scope of insurance for workers and various people. Insurance cover relates not only to direct insurers but also to family members. Roughly one-fourth of health-insured individuals are co-insured family members (e.g. children, housewives). Co-insurance is non-contributory for the following groups: 
  • children
  • individuals who care for the children or have done so for at least four years (e.g. non-working partner)
  • nursing family members and beneficiaries of long-term care benefits
  • particularly vulnerable individuals in need of social pro¬tection
